The staff was very helpful. The room was clean daily, with fresh towels provided. The on-site cafe was convenient for meals. I found the location good, with easy access to public transportation.

Excellent Value and Friendly Service
large room quiet room friendly staff
The room was large. It included two double beds. Our room faced the garden, so it was very quiet. Staff cleaned the room daily and even folded my pyjamas. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy.
There was heavy traffic outside the hotel. The window panes in my room were not properly joined. It was like sleeping on the street due to sirens and motorbikes.

I found this charming hotel on a quiet street. the room size genuinely surprised me. It felt much bigger than the pictures suggested. the bed offered a good night's sleep. daily service included fresh towels, which i considered a real plus.

The staff downstairs in the café are super friendly. They are ready with a smile and quick service, i got my caffeine fix every morning. they were very helpful with questions about local transportation, directing me to the nearest bus stops.

The on-site cafe is a definite plus, and the morning breakfasts are AMAZING!!! it offered a convenient spot for tea, coffee and a few nice food options each morning. i really enjoyed the coffee. It started my days off on the right foot.

The rooms were sufficiently sized and very clean, which i really valued. Everything was super tidy. i also had a very nice sitting area right in the room, where i enjoyed a cup of tea. the beds are very comfortable.

I liked that the hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood. public transportation is readily available. Buses connect you to the underground metro in shepherd's bush. i could easily access different parts of the city.
